These terms cover the PestSignal service, operated by Applied AI Advisory, Charlotte, NC. Plain English, on purpose.
You give us an export of your company's leads, customers, services and activity. PestSignal combines that history with weather and pest conditions in the markets you serve and gives your team a ranked daily list of who is worth contacting, why, and what to say. Your team makes the calls. Any additional services are agreed in writing before they run.
Booking a demo is free and creates no obligation on either side. Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent for the demo you booked.
PestSignal is a monthly platform fee by plan, quoted in writing before you commit. There is no long-term contract to start; either side can end the service in writing at the end of a billing month.
PestSignal reads from your system; it does not write to it. Outcomes you report to us are stored on our side so the list improves for your company. Nothing is changed in your records without your written permission.
Your lead list remains your property. We use it only to perform this service for you, and we never sell it, share it, or use it for another client.
You confirm the records you give us are people who contacted or did business with your company, and that your team follows applicable calling and messaging rules when it acts on the list. If you turn on an automated follow-up add-on, you review and approve the message rules before anything goes out. You agree not to send us lists you bought or scraped.
The service is provided as-is; we don't promise specific results — PestSignal ranks who to contact; booking the job is up to your team. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us. Either side can end the engagement in writing; fees already earned aren't refunded. North Carolina law governs.
